Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

The flashback this week comes from April 2008 and is called:

Sofa Hog.

Eric: Flynn are you sure you've got enough room there? Is there any chance you could stop snoring too, I'm trying to get some sleep.

Hmpphhh duzn't look like he's going to take any notice. I'll just haf to try and ignore him and hope he duzn't stretch out any longer.

The random photo this week has been chosen by Meowmeowmans who asked for 20th April 2012. I had two on that date that go together so have used both.

The boys had three cat trees, a small one that was kept by a different window, and a medium and bigger one that had their favourite view.

This was the older medium one which was too small for Eric, but was his favourite.

Flynn always preferred the biggest.

I have used both these photos for Caturday Art with Athena, the Cat Goddess.

For Eric I started with Smoke at 50%, then added Fairy at 30%.

For Flynn I used Flow at 40%, then added Frost at 25%.

  1. Nobody likes a sofa hog, or a bed hog, either. Budge up, would you? That's what i say.

    Love the cat tree poses.

  2. Angel Eric was doing a good double-dangle!

  3. It's strange how cats can be curled into tiny balls one time then stretched to fill half a room the next. Whatever strikes their fancy at the moment, I guess - like it did with Flynn.

  9. I'm echoing John's comment as it fascinates me to watch June go from the tiny little ball to the long skinny won't fit in the chair cat! We love the way your colorized the cat tree art today, it's very dramatic!

  10. Both art pieces turned out beautifully. The couch photos cracked us up. Cooper Murphy is just like Flynn...he takes up as much room as possible, and is always kicking Mom. 32. What lovely cat poles and condos. The small one is well used....obviously the smells will drive a kitty wild. Flynn is a cat after my own heart. The more room we take up the better. Could we see a photo of Jan29 2005 please.
