Friday Flashback for Flynn.

The flashback this week is for Flynn. It will be five years on May 1st when he went to join Eric. It still hurts as much as ever that they are no longer with us.
Forever loved and never forgotten.

The Mole Hunter from August 2006.

Come on effurrybody. I've got supper furr us. Hope effurryone likes mole!!

Yep it's dead. Those vishus deer had better watch out. I's afraid of nuffin!!

Come on mum, get the barbecue lit, let's get it cooked.

Some favourite photos:

Always a poser.

He loved his boxes.

An expert tree climber.

Lone patrol wishing his brother was still with him.

He loved to roll on the warm concrete.

An all time favourite looking out from the big oak tree.

  7. Aww, what a wonderful, sweet Angel. We know you miss both Angel boys something fierce. These photos are all fabulous, and that last one, though sweet and tender, almost brought a tear to the big softy of a co-blogger of mine.

  9. Flynn you and Eric were loved to the moon and back by your humans and the love you had for each other was obvious every single day. We speak of Madi nearly every day...she is the reason I know you 2 Mom, Dad and all our other blogging friends. We remember all her craziness and how she kept us on our toes.
    Hugs Cecilia

  12. You look and bam the years just seem to have floated by even when you've marked the days and months, they certainly accumulate strangely quickly. I don't know how but they do. Flynn was always such a handsome boy in all of his photographs. He is deeply missed most of all by you and Ivor. But he will live on in our hearts and by continuing to share him with us it keeps his memory alive.

    ((hugs))

  21. Five years sure has gone by quickly...but it doesn't take away the hole(s) left by your beloved Flynn, and Eric earlier. Hugs to you as you remember and honor Flynn's memory once again. ((( ♥ )))

The mouse we pups snagged the other day, here, has nothing on that big fat mole you had there, Flynn!!

I wrote that Flynn was good at everything, whether hunting, climbing or posing, and he was a good brother to Eric, too.

  41. I have thought many many times about Flynn and how terrible it had to have been for him when his brotherwent on. A life time of companionship and Eric went on without his brother. It had to have been very hard for Flynn. Loved your boys. Always will.
