This post comes from March 2009 and was an Easy on Sunday.
If it's not raining we will go out to the horsies fields and find some hay they haven't eaten yet.And then we can play in it.
Or just hang out in it.
And lie in it if we want to.
And even sit in it to have a bath.
If the horsies want to eat it they will just have to wait until we have finished.

Not sure I can comment, as I'm laughing over several of the clever ones above! But as always, great memories of great fur-iends!
ReplyDeleteA romp in the hay. Everyone loves that and yes the horses will wait until you're done.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Big hug, Jackie. ♥
Those horsies knew the boys were in charge!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the puzzle.
Eric and Flynn I bet the horses were always happy to see you on your perimeter inspections of their field

They obviously were having a great day- such lovely cats!
ReplyDeleteOh, to be on the other side of Winter, as these delightful images were!
ReplyDeleteLooking down the barrel of it, is so much less fun, Celestial Kitties!
The boys had so many options with that hay!
ReplyDeleteThey certainly enjoyed themselves in the hay heheh! never mind the horsies heheh! :-)
ReplyDeleteHay have a fun weekend and Halloween 👍🎃🎃
When I was young I always enjoyed the smell of hay on the farm. The smell takes me back to those happy years.
ReplyDeleteThat looked like a great place to hang out!
ReplyDeleteHay! We like to go into Mr D;s Yard and roll in the pile of hay he keeps there for his garden. He did get a little purrturbed when we were hunting mousies and messed up what he had put on his garlic, until he relized we were after the rodents that were eating his freashly planted cloves. He gave us Temptation Treats! Thanks for sharing Eric and Flynn's adventures with us and Thanks for the puzzle, it was great fun! Keep on being awesome! Marv
ReplyDeleteThat hay looked perfect for cats.
ReplyDeleteThat hay looks like fun to swat at and roll in! Nce flashback, and thanks for the puzzle.
ReplyDeleteFun pics! I'll bet if we had hay on the ground here, our homeless kitties would have fun playing in it and taking baths. Some do like to lay in the ground ivy. Mom's catwork is sure pretty. Hope Mom and Dad are doing well. Until next time...Jean
ReplyDeleteYou guys had so much fun together!
ReplyDeleteLovely art as always.
Hay looks like so much fun to play in!
ReplyDeleteThat was a cute flashback. They were good to just nap in the hay. When I had rabbits and had hay in the house the cats would sneak some a yack it up. Nice art. Thank you for the puzzle. XO
ReplyDeleteWe sure hope those horsies DID wait for Angels Eric and Flynn to finish!
ReplyDeleteWhoa! Does that hay smell funny? Do the horses do their duty in it? I hope they didn't or you guys would really need a baff.
ReplyDeleteMust have been cozy and fun lying in the hay. I hope the horses didn't mind you boys lounging in their FOOD (haha).
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy
Hey there (mol)! Make hay while the sun shines!
ReplyDeleteGosh boys...the Horsies already are aware who comes first. IF you two are occupied with the hay, then...they will wait. I think. Maybe. You can tell on them to your mum!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant flashback, just horsing around in the hay! MOL
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween guys, we hope it's EPIC!
I can almost smell it. I hope you feel the boys around as the veil is thin right now. My boys are definitely making their presence felt and say, hello.
ReplyDeletePossession is 9/10ths of the law ...
ReplyDeleteWhat fun they must have had. One year my momma bought straw bales to decorate for Halloween. She then broke them apart and scattered over the backyard. We had so much fun playing in them... unless "someone" peed on the straw. I think it was Opie but I'm not tattling on him. Love, Dori
ReplyDeleteFrodo would love a hay bath!
ReplyDeleteLooks like it was a wonderful day! Purrs from Deb and the Zee/Zoey gang.
