This week I have two short posts from April 2010.
The first is from Flynn and was a Tummy, Tail and Toesies Tuesday
Eric's post was called I Spy.
We were walking around the fields and I thought I heard a familiar noise, so I had a look through the hedge.
I thought so! The sheep have been having their lambs and now they are back in the field next to us. You can biggify to see the baby lambs better.
They are a bit scared of us. When our heads pop through the hedge they go bouncing away.

That was a fun view of the lambs, how sweet! Love the art too!
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing so soothing as a cat sleeping in the sunshine.
ReplyDeleteSuch precious memories! Yes, I did biggify the sheep photo and could clearly see the little baby lamb getting breakfast! Mom's catwork is very nice. Hope Mom and Dad are both well. Until next time...Jean
ReplyDeleteWhen enlarging those photos, I enjoyed the peaceful and happy face of Flynn!
ReplyDeleteEric also looked inquisitive upon hearing the baby lambs.
Cute brothers and fondest memories.
Hugs,
Mariette + Kitties
I sooooooo love the flashbacks of the boys - I remember so many of them and how happy they were in their beautiful fields exploring and hunting (and posing for photos!).
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
Flynn certainly had the sunbathing going on that day! What a show off and rightly so. And Eric, if he were here today with me he'd see the farm of sheep I go by and they have been sheared already.
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures, especially the 'arty' ones!
ReplyDeleteKitties Blue: This form never accepts our URL. As we weren’t blogging in 2010, we’ve never seen these photos. The photos of Flynn are purrfection. The art turned out great, and Mom looks forward to doing the puzzles. Those are adorable tummy and tail photos!
ReplyDeleteThat was a realy sleepy one.
ReplyDeleteGotta love those poses.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like the sheep were very overprotective, scared of a small cat or two.
Thanks for linking up with Feline Friday!
OH Boys. If my mom was walking there at your home and she saw you..she would be all over you like white on rice! You look so warm and handsome.
ReplyDeleteNice flashback. I wish I could have rubbed that tummy. Thank you for the puzzles. XO
ReplyDeleteThey were both such darling boys.
ReplyDeleteWe love the first photo of Flyn basking on the rocks. so cute. And Eric, we would have loved to visit those lambs.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
If the sheep saw Eric and Flynn the way Flynn was in the first three photos, they would've known there was nothing to be afraid of.
ReplyDeleteThe memories you share of Eric and Flynn are always such a delight, Jackie. We loved the captures of Flynn and seeing what Eric saw (those lambs were cute!). XO
ReplyDeleteLovely tummies!
ReplyDeleteWe loved all those photos - and the artifications were furry well-chosen too!
ReplyDeleteFlynn's sunbathing artwork is precious! Say, we have a farm right here at Washington's Crossing where there are tons of sheep grazing right along the road.
ReplyDeleteI's so wonderful to see the boys every week. Nothing more beautiful than "orange" kitties.
ReplyDeleteDudes, mew're looking epically epic as always, and we love the arty effects today!
ReplyDeleteCats certainly have naps down to a science. :-)
ReplyDeleteGee! You two had some really nice scenery and pawsome land to enjoy!!!!! Yup, just a tad jealous ;_
ReplyDeletePurrs Winnie
That platform was 'purrfect' for a nap! Esp, being as it was warmed by the sun!
ReplyDeleteAnd Eric, sure was on the alert!
Beautiful pic with the wee lambs!
We're pretty sure it's impossible to be any cuter than Flynn.
ReplyDeleteI suspect those bricks were warm in the sun to lie upon. πΊπΊ
ReplyDeleteWarm bricks are SO inviting!
