Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

As with last week I have some more one photo or very short post Tummy Tuesday flashbacks.

June 2009 - Eric and Flynn

Eric: I have been doing the Tummy Tuesdays lately because, let's face it, I've got more lovely tummy to show off than Flynn. He sulked a bit and said he wanted to do it, but I said ,'Tough, I've already done it.'

Flynn: Hehe! Eric might think he's got Tummy Tuesday all to himself, but he hasn't noticed I'm here yet. He might think he's got more tummy to show off than me, but mine is cuter.

January 2009 - Flynn

I was just going to let you all see one photo of my tummy, but then I realised this is our 600th post so you can have another photo as a bonus.

January 2009 - Eric

Well, what are you waiting for? I need a nice tummy rub.

The next two posts are from our original blog so hopefully they will publish properly as it was done with the old Blogger format.

September 2008 - Eric

Surprise surprise! It's raining yet again. I came in this morning all soaking wet, so mum got the towel and dried me. She called me Spike cuz my furrs were all standing up and pointy.
I think I will spend the rest of the day on the bed unless it stops raining.
You can look at my toesies as well as my tummy if you want to. They are clean today because when I came in from the Oudoors, they were full of mud, and mum said,'If you think you are going to bed in that state, you can think again Eric.' She very kindly cleaned my toesies for me after she had rubbed me down with the towel. I only put the bitey on her once!

November 2008 - Flynn

Do not disturb! Go and find somewhere else to sit.

I am joining Athena, the Cat Goddess for the Caturday Art blog hop. You can find more art by visiting her.

I have used one of the photos of Flynn for my Caturday Art.

I started with Scribble at 30%, then Landscape at 35% and finishes with Tuscany at 55%.
As usual there is a puzzle.

Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

I have got another selection of one photo Wordless Wednesdays this week. They all come from August and September 2009.

Eric Relaxing
Eric Exploring
Eric blep!
Flynn watching a pigeon.
Flynn Sits
Flynn Fits.
I used the photo of Flynn in the box for my Caturday Art.
I started with Scribble at 35% then added Landscape at 50%. I then tried Escher which I haven't used before and found that reducing it right down to 10% made quite a difference.

You can see more art by visiting Athena the Cat Goddess.

Of course there is also a puzzle.

Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

I have recently started doing Wordless Wednesday posts on my other blog and it made me think that while I am doing a Flashback every week, the one photo posts never get a repeat.
I decided that every now and again I would do a selection of Wordless Wednesday posts and this is the first one.
These posts all come from April to July 2009
Hatching Seedlings
Thirsty Work
Nomming Grass
Watching
Beware the Bed Monster!
Too hot for Pots

I used the last photo for my Caturday Art and as usual used Lunapic.

I started with Landscape at 55%, then Scribble at 25% I had used Sadness before and liked the way it brought the edges out but it didn't have the effect I wanted this time so I reduced it back to 30%. By this time I had lost too much colour and rather than start again I added Tuscany at 60% which brought the boys back from looking pale beige.
Of course there is also a puzzle.

Wordless Wednesday and Update.

**********************************************************************************
Update
I have been on the Methimazole transdermal gel for 10 days now and had no apparent bad effects from it. I have only had a low dose rubbed into my ear, 0.1cc once a day. From Tuesday I started on 0.1cc twice a day. We are really hoping I can continue to cope with the gel. If I am able to stay on it, I will have another blood test for my T4 level in about 3 weeks.
I still get intermittent diarrhoea but that is likely caused by the hyperthyroidism. Hopefully if the vet can get my levels nearer where they should be the diarrhoea will stop and all my poops will be good again.
I feel quite well in myself and only get a few off days when I don't want to eat and just sleep all day. I get a lot more good days than bad days now, and as you can see in my wordless post, I even climbed my favourite tree for the first time since Eric left us.
