Caturday Art - Resting, and more Christmas Cards.

I am taking part in the Caturday Art this week and you can see more by visiting Athena the Cat Goddess.



My art this week is using my favourite editor, Lunapic.
I also had a surprise when I went to give Dreamscope another try. I usually get tired of waiting for the pictures to render, but when I went back a few days ago I found 2 pictures I had given up on several weeks ago.
They are also taken from the same photo that I used for the Lunapic version.

This was using the Autumn effect.

This one used the Forest effect. I think the boys blend too much with the background in this version.

I had thought that once I left the site the pictures would be discarded, but apparently not.

I have also received some more snail mail Christmas cards over the last 2 days which I have posted below and will also add to my Christmas Day post.

    What great cards.....AND what wonderful art of the boys! We love the Lunapic one but also the Autumn Dreamscape one with the touches of blue. No matter how you work with the photos of the boys they always look FABULOUS and happy and like the best of besties. Heartwarming....and special. Happy New Year Miss Jackie!

    MOL MOL Ivor is Ivory and I'm Mafia...or even sometimes mom transposes letters and types Maid instead of Madi. Who ever heard of a Diva being a Maid?

    I LOVE that picture and the Lunapic and Dreamscope images are wonderful! I too went to Dreamscope and found a couple of pictures that I really like. I may yet yse them in the future.

    The boys always look marvelous! Wish we beans could say the same for ourselves. Both effects suit them so well with the lovely colors. I remember when I first saw the boys on your blog. It was in a natural photo. The grass was so green and the boys beautiful furs looked impossibly ginger. I thought no kitties were so vividly coloured, but Eric and Flynnie were! Happy memories.

    Thank you for your new year's wishes left on my blog. I hope that this year brings you true health and happiness. I can understand why you wanted to get away this Christmas, but I believe 2018 will be a contented and happy time for you.

    (And I do like the forest-effect of the photograph, especially the first one; it makes it look like the boys are standing on a very shallow sheet of water, reflecting the trees about them.)
