This week the flashback comes from September 2012 and is called:
The Badger Hole
Flynn: I'm taking a walk in the field but dad has gone to look at something. I wonder what it is.
Wow! Who put this big pile of earth in the middle of the field?
I am sniffing to see if there are any clues.
There is a deep hole here which wasn't here before. Dad said a badger has dug it out. I better keep guard on it.
Eric: I better see what Flynn and dad have found.
I wonder if I can see anything in here.
Huh! Mum won't let me look in there so I will rub my smell onto the earth instead.
Oops! I rolled over. Never mind, rolling in the earth will make my fur nice and soft.
I am joining Sandee at Comedy Plus for the Feline Friday blog hop.
I am also joining Athena the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
One picture each for the boys again this week.
As usual I used Lunapic and for Flynn I started with Lily at 50% then Flow at 60%.
For Eric I started with Fairy at 55% then Tuscany at 65%.
Two pictures = two puzzles!

WOW! I've never seen a badger hole but they sure do make a big mess don't they. New freshly turned earth is too tempting to stay away from though. I'm a dirt boy myself so can appreciate rolling around and leaving my scent. Maybe the badger will get the idea he's NOT ALONE!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy
That sure looks like a fun hole to explore. But glad you didn't try to mess with those badgers. You all have a super day.

Those boys sure had lots to keep them busy!
ReplyDeleteI love reading of Eric and Flynn's adventures together. Thank you for two puzzles :) I am off to do them. XO
ReplyDeleteIt's so good seeing them together out in the fields having fun. Their spirit lives on.
ReplyDeleteGood thing you didn't fall into the "rabbit" hole, guys.
ReplyDeleteWe remember that badger hole.
ReplyDeleteFlynn and Eric were such intrepid explorers! We sure are glad that badger did not come out to greet the boys. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad the boys' dad was there to keep an eye on them. An annoyed badger is dangerous.

ReplyDeleteWe were waiting to see the badger, but what a big hole he dug! That rascal could do a lot of damage. Fun adventure, definitely! - Tom x
ReplyDeleteBoys, I will wager your mom and dad did their best of the best to keep you boys away from badgers. They can be a very tough customer.
