Today is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, so this week the Flashback is dedicated to this special day.
It is sponsored by Deb Barnes at The Chronicles of Zee and Zoey. and is for all who wish to remember their beloved pets.
We remember not only Eric and Flynn, but all of all our fur family who came before. You can read about all of them here.
Today's flashback comes from December 2007 and was a Mancat Monday in the hay barn.
Eric: Mum let's us go in the hay barn. It's exciting in there because we find mousies hiding in the hay bales.
Flynn: I'm on lookout duty to see if they are around. I haven't seen or heard any yet.Have you had any luck yet Eric?
That's enuff of that, I think I'll have a nap while Flynn keeps looking.
The random photo this week from 25.03.11 and is of the boys lazing in the spring sunshine. It was chosen by Meowmeowmans
I am joining Athena the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
I used a photo of each of the boys.
For Flynn I started with Scribble at 35%, then added Reds at 50%.
For Eric I started with Landscape at 60%, then added Flow at 20%.
The colours in both have come out very similarly, but it wasn't intended.

ReplyDeleteOMG! HAY! That looks like more fun than I ever believe existed! What a great place and I bet there were some mousies in there somewhere.
ReplyDeleteAlso, we laughed and laughed at your comment today about there being more monkeys in that mural before! You are funny ;-)
they all have a place in our hearts forever and ever... and we would love to play in da hay too... what a fab playground
ReplyDeleteThere is hay on parts of our yard right now, its used as mulch to keep the grass seed in place as put down by the gas company that had to do some digging there...
ReplyDeleteA hay ride would be fun, and hunting for mousies is a super fun activity.
Thanks for keeping your precious angels in all those flashbacks, and *she* enjoys trying out her hand at the puzzles.
Hugs & Purrs!
