Mum has got behind with my awards again. No surprise there!

I got the Best Blog Around the World from Katie Isabella, Little Binky from Angel's Whisper and Basil the Bionic Cat. Thank you to all of you.

I also received the Excellence award from Basil the Bionic Cat. Thanks Basil.

I got the Sunshine Award from Marty the Manx, thanks Marty.

Nellie held a picnic for the recipients of her Sunshine Picnic award which was great fun. Thanks Nellie.
I hope I haven't missed anyone out. I keep telling my slave mum that she needs to keep up with things.

I have got behind with my awards again so I told mum she had to post them before next year.

I received the Versatile Blogger award from Playful Kitty.

• 3. When Eric left for The Bridge I got stressed and kept rubbing my face on everything to leave my scent. Now I only have 3 or 4 short whiskers on the left side, but a full set on the right side.
• 4. I love to catch mousies and there are not many that get away from me.
• 5. I have also brought home snakes, moles and a weasel.
• 6. There is a big old oak tree in one of our fields and it is my favourite climbing tree.
• 7. I like to sleep under the duvet. If it has been pulled back to let the bed air, I get under the bottom sheet.

Not So Wordless Wednesday and Awards.

Firstly my almost Wordless Wednesday picture.

I have done it again! I am so far behind posting my awards. I put them on my award page right away but I forget to post about them. I got the Team Member Leadership award back in September from Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo at The Cat on My Head, and thank you to them. I should nominate 14 more blogs for it, but it has taken me so long that I am sure everyone has it by now. If you don't have it and would like it, please take it from here.

Then in October they also gave me the Dragon's Loyalty award, and then Speedy gave it to me as well. Thanks again to them, and to Speedy too.This one should also be passed on to 15 other bloggers so I am being lazy again and saying if you want it please take it from here.

My next award has only taken me 3 days to post! Nerissa created it for his 2nd Blogoversary and it is the Mouses Award.

I got the "Opposites Attract award from Nellie

Awards

We have got very behind with our awards but mum has helped us at long last.

Katie Isabella gave us the Seven things about me award. Thank you Katie. Now for 7 things about us.

Eric: I like, no I LOVE water. We have big troughs outdoors which catch the rainwater for us to drink from and I like to stand in them and splash the water everywhere.

Flynn:  Mum calls me the Flying Flynn because I have to run everywhere.

Eric:  I like to sleep on mum's pillow with my paw on dad's head.

Flynn:  I can't let mum go to the Human litterbox room on her own. Whenever she goes there I get up and run in front of her. Even if I am in the bedroom asleep, I still know and get there first.

Eric:  I like to nibble noses. When mum and dad are in bed I creep over from my mum's pillow and bite their noses and it makes them yell if they are asleep.

Flynn:  I am a mummy's boy. If mum is indoors and I am in the garden, I have to keep running in every 10 minutes or so to check on her.

Both of us:  We both love the zoom groom. We jump up on our cat trees and ask mum and dad to groom us. We have got a zoom groom each so we can both be brushed at the same time.

Ayla, Iza and Marley gave us the Bring on the Nip Award which was created by Nerissa.  When you get this award, you must:

2. tell something you want to celebrate.  We have made so many friends through blogging so that is what we are celebrating.

1. What would your perfect day consist of?

A lie in in the morning, something I only get when we are on holiday, then a nice lazy day relaxing in the garden, then a Thai takeaway in the evening.

2. How would you describe yourself if you were an item of clothing?

A pair of jeans - old but practical.

3. What hobbies are you currently working on?

We have a rose garden where all the cats that came before are buried. When the hedge was taken down for the 'purrison' fence to go up, it gave an extra three foot depth all the way along. I am trying to get all the old brambles and weeds out and make it into a larger memorial garden.

4. Walking in the woods in wellies or bare foot on the beach?

Definitely barefoot on the beach. I spend the winter in wellies in the mud!

5. Have you ever hugged or sang to a tree?

Only if you count when I used to have to rescue Eric from the big oak tree which when he was younger, he used to climb and forget how to get back down.

6. Growing your own veggies or nipping to the supermarket?

A bit of both.

7. Have you found anyone exciting in your family tree?

No, I haven't looked.

8. Slap up meal in a posh restaurant or fish ‘n’ chips from the wrapper?

Slap up meal.

9. Which element do you most resonate with, Earth, Air, Fire or water?

I am a Leo, so fire, but I don't think I am at all typical of a Leo

10. Do you believe in fairies?

No

Just a minute, all this walking and watching Flynn catch mousies has made me thirsty.
That's better, now where was I? Oh yes, we got two awards.

We have said before that we are always happy to receive awards and so we don't mind how many times we get them. We appreciate them all.

Awards

We got the Mood Ring award from Misty at The Crew and Ginger Jasper.
They both gave us the green part of the ring.

STEP #1

Pink: What can we say about our selves and pink? Oh of course, we both have pink paw pads. Being Mancats, we really can't think of anything else pink about us.
Blue: We like to lie out in the sun and look up at the blue sky. We haven't seen much of it lately and are waiting for the rain to stop so we can see it again.
Orange: Well this is easy, we are both orange and white, although in the UK we are more often known as ginger and white.
Green: This is easy for us too. We love going for walks in our green fields.

Mancat Monday and Awards.

A good Mancat will give up his nice comfy plant pot to sit on the lily bulbs if they are too slow growing.

Oh hello mum. I didn't see you watching me through the kitchen window.

We got two lovely awards on Saturday.

The You Rock award was given to us by Teri and the Furrydance Cats. There are no rules apart from passing it on to five other blogs that rock. We would like to pass it to:

We also got the Beautiful Blogger award, and that was given to us by Ginger Jasper. We have to say seven beautiful things about ourselves and pass it on to seven others. Now we have to try and think of seven things.
1. Eric: I give mum a good head massage every night, but when she starts yelling that I am pulling her hair out by the roots I lie on dad's head to keep it warm for him.
2. Flynn: I am a very good mouse catcher and I bring them back as presents for my mum.
3. Eric: I like to keep my dad company on the recliner and make biscuits on his tummy for him.
4. Flynn: Whenever mum is on the computer, I make sure I am sat on the desk so she doesn't get lonely.
5. Eric: If the garage door is open, I like to get in dad's tractor and warm his seat up for him before he goes to work.
6. Flynn: When mum has her breakfast, I like to climb onto her shoulder and snuggle against her neck.
7. Both of us: When it isn't raining we like to take mum for walks around our fields because we know the exercise and fresh air is good for her.

Tired.

I'm not happy! Eric has hogged the blog all week! Apart from sharing the Friday Flashback yesterday, I haven't had a look in since last Saturday. Mum said I could blog today but I'm just too tired now.

I just can't stop yawning.

I can hardly keep my eyes open.
