Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This week the flashback comes from April 2012 and features Eric who....
Won't Get Fooled Again.
Why are you holding your phone out to me?

Do you want me to speak to someone?

That's cheating! You didn't tell me it was a camera in disguise. You won't be getting away with that sneaky trick again!

Of course I can't leave Flynn out, so here is a one photo post of his from a couple of days later.

Mum was refilling my nippy toys and the tub fell off the cat tree. Score!!!

I am joining Athena the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.

I used the last photo of Eric and started with Sadness at 25%, followed by Beauty at 40% and finished with Red Blush at 35%.
I did a 2nd picture with the Deep Dream Generator, and this one was using "A Winter's Tale."

Of course there is a puzzle.

  1. Eric, Mom can't trick us with her camera, we expect treats when she brings that out. But we still get tricked by that phone. And Flynn, why can't somebody figure out something like nip for us dogs?

    Cute memories.

  12. Mrs H seldom tries to disguise the camera these days. and shots of me from above are a complete NO since she dropped the camera on me!
Eric's second art picture is really nice, and the colours change him to maybe an African wild Caracal look...

  13. My kitties didn't much care for the flashy box back in the day. Mom did a good job getting great shots though. You'd think mom would learn that if you don't like something she should be doing it.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. ♥

  22. We are now wise to that phnoe trick as well and always look away. Both arty creations are terrific, but our favorite photo is the close-up of Eric's nose freckles. So cute! 24. Hey is that a freckle we see on that adorable feisty nose???

  25. It was worth the trickery for that close-up.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well, we're kinda glad Mum tricked you boys. Because that just meant we got to see your handsome faces. :)

    ReplyDelete
  27. It's good to see your handsome faces, Mom uses her phone more than the camera these days so we barely have time to hide.

  28. i love Eric's expression! He does not take nonsense!

  31. Oh, those cameras posing as a phone are always tricky! What I hate is people who photograph you when you're in public! Who gives them the right to point and shoot anyhow? You just never know where your picture will turn up when that happens, too. I cringe to think. Oh well...your human pet means you no harm so just relax and enjoy the attention. Have a pAwesome day!

  32. We love when catnip tubes roll off table and spill all over the floor. Sometimes they happen accidentally on purrpose!

    ReplyDelete
  33. What a cute little nose! Our mom would be kissing it all day. MOL

    ReplyDelete
  34. Do I love when you do the artsy thingy! Very cool. Not so cool is to pull a fast one with the phone. How are we cats to know about phones and cameras inside? Sounds James Bond to me..- Tom x

  35. Oh oh oh! We are soooo embarrassed about our FLUB on the blog about Bad hare Day!!! We feel soooo stoopy, because the Human had even taken particular note when she saw your comment that you knew the guy's work! But then when we did our post last evening, the fact just flew away from her memory (kind of like the fact that she'd put the kettle on to boil to make coffee and it boiled to almost NUFFING before she wondered what that whistling noise was . . . .) We have corrected yesterday's post. On behalf the pathetic human, I beg your forgiveness! XOXOXO & Purrrrrrrs
