Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This week's flashback comes from April 2007 and was after the boys 7th birthday when they were recovering from nip overload.
It is mostly Eric and his dad this week.

Well we had a grate time for our purrfday. Lots of kitties teleported ofurr to see us, but now we have just about recovered furrom Nip overload. I couldn't make it off the sofa, and Eric kept complaining I was taking up too much space.

Eric had to go out in the sun in our outdoor run to sleep it off.

When we went outdoors, he couldn't even find the energy to walk.

Well who needs to walk when you can ride?

A bit of fresh air helps clear yer nippy head.

Persunly I fink dad must haf been on the nip too.

I started with Illusion at 60%, then added Landscape also at 60%.

Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This week the flashback comes from May 2012 and is called:
Fevvers v Nip!
Eric: I'm watching fevvers.

It's very interesting, but Flynn would rather play.

His mousies have been marinated in valerian. I'd rather nap.

I am joining Athena the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.

I used the last photo and as usual I used Lunapic and started with Scribble reduced to 25%, followed by Floating at 35%. Then I finished with Sadness which I also reduced to 25%.

I also put the photo into the Deep Dream Generator with the Renoir filter but didn't like the result. It looked too dark to me.

Rather than just scrap the picture I went back to Lunapic and added my old favourite, Landscape at 85% to brighten it up.....but I still don't like it!

Of course there is also a puzzle.

Of course I can't leave Flynn out, so here is a one photo post of his from a couple of days later.

Mum was refilling my nippy toys and the tub fell off the cat tree. Score!!!

I did a 2nd picture with the Deep Dream Generator, and this one was using "A Winter's Tale."

Nip Fest!

Mum keeps my toys marinated in nip for me. Today she got my ferret and my red mousie out.

Oh yes, they are well marinated!

Time to have a go at my mousie!

Oh I do love you mousie....

but I 'm sorry I have to bite you.

The Friday Flashback - A Nippy Day.

This week the Friday Flashback comes from December 2010 and is called:

A Nippy Day.
  Mum said I was being rude by blowing her raspberries right after she gave me some nip. It's not my fault, nip makes me do funny things.

See how blurry my head looks? That's what it looks like from the inside for me as well when I have a bit too much nip. Wait, what am I saying? There is no such thing as too much nip. I don't have a nip problem.

I was attacking my nippy carrot then somehow my leg got in the way and I attacked it by mistake.

Carrot will pay for that, he's going to get a good bunny kicking now.

Look out!! I just saw a flying pig on the curtain pole.

Umm, what happened, what's going on and why am I sat here?

Oh yeah, I remember. ATTACK THE CARROT!!!

High!

Mum just gave me my caterpillar.

It's been marinating in valerian root for the past week.

Mmmmmm this is good!

I can't focus

The room is spinning

I just need to wait a moment for those flying pigs to go past.

Oh look! There's some valerian. It must have been hiding in my caterpillar.

Wow! There go those pigs again!

Phew! I am exhausted after all that.
