Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

The flashback this week comes from December 2007 but was looking back on the Spring of that year.

Mum was looking through all our pikchurs wiv us and we saw these taken last April that she forgot to use for a post. That wuz when Flynn wuz teaching me to catch mousies.

I did eggsakly what he said, and I wuz digging and digging but no mousie came out of the ground.

I put my head down the hole but Mr Mouse wuzn't at home.

It wuz no good so I gave up and just hung out in the grass wiv Flynn.

It wuz nice back in April. It wuz sunny and warm. That wuz befurr all the rain came that lasted all summer.
And it wuz befurr it wuz all freezing cold in the winter.

We had such fun back then looking furr the mousies and playing in the long grass.

We hope the sun and the warm soon comes back so we can go furr nice long walks wiv mum again.

Maybe Flynn will go and get that mousie for me.

This week the random photo was chosen by the Trout Towne Tabbies who asked for 27.09.13

I have also used it for my Caturday Art with Athena, the Cat Goddess and done two versions of it.

The first version I started with Beauty at 45%, then Scribble at 25%. If you click on it you will see the detail better.

I prefer the second version which is Surreal Art at 70%, then Landscape at 25% to add a touch more colour.
Click on the small pictures for the jigsaw puzzles.

what a lovely series of pictures. OMCs Flynn was a skilled hunter and teacher. And if you didn't catch your mouse he was also great at sharing. You boyz were two separate furries with one united and loving mind and heart

  30. Oh my, such fun, and such great green grass you have! The mousie hunting must be brilliant! But like every great hunt, sometimes they come up empty pawed. Which of course makes the next outing all the more fun :)
